    Hi Dave, what usually cost the manufacturer the most when it comes to producing a car?

    In general, besides the salaries of all of the employees; the biggest costs are the tooling costs for new parts manufacturing

    Ohh thanks Dave. I actually made a prediction that it was the tooling cost that was the most expensive in development of new vehicles.
